Acquisition Report
The acquisition report allows you to begin the tracking of all your bottles, from the purchase date, all the way to the recycling bin. When the bottles are delivered to your establishment, they are tagged with the Scannabar label. The user, whom you assign to take care of this task, signs into the RF bar code reader. They then simply scan the manufacturer's UPC code and then the Scannabar label. The acquisition report allows you to verify if the bottles ordered from your supplier have been actually entered into inventory. When the acquisition report is stapled to the supplier's packing slip, you again create a check & balance.

Stockroom Inventory Report
The stock room inventory report gives you an immediate count of your stockroom. The stockroom inventory report indicates the date of purchase of your bottles to assure a proper rotation of your product. This report also details the bottles in storage by variety, individual bottle number and cost at purchase. At the end of the report, you will receive a summary indicating total bottles in storage, total ounces, and cost of the inventory and the total theoretical sales value of the inventory.

Movement Report
The movement report allows you to track bottles from the stockroom to the numerous points of sales and also between points of sale. The movement report indicates the bottle verities by name and bottle number along with the previous location of the bottles. This report is very practical when a stockroom keeper issues bottles with a requisition for product. When the movement report is attached to a requisition sheet, you create a check and balance. To move bottles, simply select from the reader the location to which the bottles are being moved and scan the Scannabar label.

Measure Report
This report always you to quantify the amount of alcohol left in your bottles by variety name and individual bottle numbers. The summary at the end indicates a summary of the total bottles in inventory at the bar, the total amount of ounces poured since the last inventory period and the theoretical sales value of what is poured. For banquet purposes, you can offer the opening inventory to your customers and attach the measure report to their invoice. This allows the customer to compare their invoice to the actual quantity of alcohol poured, thus increasing customer security and satisfaction. To take an inventory of a full bar of 60 bottles takes approximately 12 minutes, with all the number crunching done automatically.

Point of Sale Inventory
The point of sale inventory is an image of what is available for sale at the bar. This report is useful when you need to know the quantity of alcohol before a function or even when bar needs to be replenished.

Variance Analysis
The cash reconciliation report allows you to input sales figures from a point of sale system and compare them to what has actually been poured for that period. The summary at the end indicates variances and ratios, which allow you to manage an efficient operation. This report can be performed at any time.

Measure Reports with Messages
Due to real time results, the Scannabar system is able to send management messages of any dubious activities, which may occur while taking inventory at your various bars. The measure report in this case indicates 3 different messages that occurred on different bottles. The following is an explanation of the messages:

On the spot move
This means a bottle was taken from the stockroom without scanning it. When the bottle is measured at the bar, it is automatically reduced from the stockroom inventory and added to the point of sale inventory. The ounces poured at the bar are accounted for just the same.

Missing while Measure
This means that during a measure, the bottle in question was missing. It is possible that the bottle was thrown away or sent to another bar.

High read
This indicates the user has read across the ribbon that measures the alcohol above the previous level.

Global Inventory Report
The global inventory is a controller's dream comes true. The global inventory accounts for all the closed bottles in the stockroom and all the open bottles on the shelf. The report comes in various forms, from detailed to a summary version. This report is an excellent tool when preparing P&L's.

Re-order Report by Distributor & General
The Scannabar system allows you to set par stocks either by full bottles or by volume which is very useful for slower moving products. By setting a minimum and maximum level for all your varieties, our system will prompt you to re order the necessary product along with the quantity on hand, the suggested re order quantity and the last unit cost. The re-order report is automatically generated with all the necessary information, ready to be sent to your local supplier. This report is also available per individual distributor.

Adjustment Report
The adjustment report allows management to verify if any modifications have been done to any of the bottles. The adjustments can vary from unit cost, UPC, levels…

Bottle History Report
The bottle history report will detail the lifespan of a bottle in your establishment from the purchase date to the recycling bin. By simply entering the bottle number, this report will show all the transactions performed on every individual bottle.

Problem Bottles Report
This report allows management to pinpoint individual bottle that have been exposed to dubious activities. Some of the reasons will appear on this report are: missing while measure, on the spot move and high read.
